General Description of Duties and Objectives:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position is accountable for managing engineering and maintenance support for the London facility. This includes day-to-day support of existing manufacturing operations as well as planning and execution of engineering projects. This position will need to balance day-to-day production objectives with capital project development and implementation. This position is required to also provide leadership for engineering and maintenance personnel. Specific Accountabilities and Responsibilities

2. Assist with the trouble-shooting of equipment failures and works with equipment manufacturers, operators and maintenance team on resolution.
